8 – Offer Mini Case Studies
Certainly a blog is not the place for a full-length, multi-page case study (although it can be a good place to link to those sorts of things). But a short blog post can be a great way to highlight some of your company’s “wins” – customer success stories, surprising uses of your product line, charitable undertakings. If you’ve been doing a good job of writing conversational blog posts and thought-provoking social media questions, comments from your blog readers, Twitter followers, and Facebook friends should be a rich source of these kinds of posts. Keep an eye out for comments which praise a particular product, line, or aspect of your services, and highlight it in a future post (including instructions where necessary). Also keep an eye out for questions and concerns in your comments – these can be good fodder for helpful posts in and of themselves.
